ABOUT THESE TERMS

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Best Single Travel website and, where applicable, to reservations and travel arrangements made through Tours Are Us Company, Inc. dba Best Single Travel.

By using this website, submitting a reservation, making a payment, or participating in a Best Single Travel experience, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms applicable to your use, reservation, or travel arrangements.

Trip-Specific Terms

Individual trips, cruises, tours, or other travel experiences may have additional terms, payment schedules, cancellation provisions, eligibility requirements, supplier conditions, or other important information.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the information provided for their specific trip before making a reservation and before departure.

Third-Party Supplier Terms

Certain travel services are provided by independent suppliers and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those suppliers. These may include hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, activity providers, and other companies involved in providing your travel arrangements.

If a trip-specific booking page, written confirmation, or supplier requirement contains additional terms applicable to a particular reservation, those terms should be reviewed together with these general Terms & Conditions.

02
BOOKING YOUR TRIP

Reservations & Payments

Reservations for Best Single Travel experiences may require a deposit, partial payment, or other payment specified on the applicable trip or booking page.

Payment requirements, due dates, and available payment methods may vary depending on the trip and the travel suppliers involved.

Reservation Information

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation. Information provided for a booking should be consistent with applicable identification and travel documents where required.

Please notify Best Single Travel promptly if information associated with your reservation changes or if you identify an error in your booking information.

Deposits & Payment Schedules

Some reservations may require a deposit to begin or confirm the booking process. Additional or final payments may be required according to the schedule communicated for the applicable trip.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and meeting payment deadlines associated with their reservation. Failure to make a required payment may affect the status of a reservation, subject to the terms applicable to that booking.

Online Payments

Online payments may be processed using independent third-party payment services. Payment transactions may therefore also be subject to the terms, policies, and security procedures of the applicable payment provider.

Reservation Confirmation

Submission of a booking form or payment does not by itself guarantee the availability of every requested travel component. Reservations may remain subject to confirmation, availability, payment requirements, and applicable supplier conditions.

Review Before Paying

Before submitting payment, travelers should review the applicable trip details, payment amount, cancellation provisions, travel dates, and other booking information presented for the reservation.

03
PRICES & INFORMATION

Pricing & Trip Information

Best Single Travel makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information regarding trips, itineraries, accommodations, dates, prices, inclusions, and other travel services displayed on our website or provided during the reservation process.

Prices

Travel prices may depend on the specific trip, accommodation selection, transportation arrangements, supplier rates, taxes, fees, optional services, and other components of the reservation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers should not assume that an item or service is included in a trip price solely because it is mentioned or pictured on the website.

Errors & Corrections

Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, typographical errors, incorrect prices, outdated information, technical errors, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Best Single Travel reserves the ability to correct errors or update inaccurate information when identified, subject to applicable requirements and any confirmed contractual obligations.

Changes in Travel Services

Travel arrangements may be affected by changes made by independent suppliers or by circumstances that arise before or during a trip. Hotels, transportation, activities, schedules, routes, and other travel components may therefore be subject to change as described in the applicable trip information and these Terms & Conditions.

Website Images & Descriptions

Photographs, maps, illustrations, descriptions, and similar website content are provided to help travelers understand destinations and travel experiences. Actual accommodations, transportation, scenery, activities, or other trip components may differ from representative images or descriptions.

Travelers should review the current trip page, reservation information, and booking confirmation for details specific to their selected travel experience.

04
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the trip, date of cancellation, travel services involved, payments already made, and the policies of the applicable travel suppliers.

Travelers should carefully review the cancellation and payment provisions provided for their specific Best Single Travel experience before making a reservation or payment.

Traveler Cancellations

If you need to cancel a reservation, please notify Best Single Travel as soon as possible using the contact information or cancellation procedure provided for your booking.

Any refund, credit, cancellation fee, or amount that may remain payable will be determined according to the terms applicable to the reservation and, where relevant, the policies and commitments of the travel suppliers involved. See the Best Single Travel FAQ & Cancellation Policy for current cancellation schedules and additional details.

Supplier Charges & Non-Recoverable Costs

Certain amounts paid or committed to hotels, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, activity providers, or other suppliers may be subject to supplier cancellation charges or may become non-refundable under the supplier's applicable terms.

As a result, cancellation of a reservation does not necessarily mean that all amounts previously paid can be refunded.

Trip-Specific Cancellation Terms

Some trips may have cancellation schedules or other conditions that differ from those applicable to other Best Single Travel experiences. When trip-specific cancellation terms are provided, travelers should review those terms as part of their reservation.

Cancellation terms can vary significantly by trip and supplier. Please review the cancellation provisions for your specific reservation before submitting payment.

05
TRAVEL SCHEDULES

Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries are planned in advance based on the information and services available at the time the trip is organized. Travel conditions can change, however, and adjustments may sometimes be necessary before or during a trip.

Changes Before Departure

Hotels, transportation, activities, sightseeing arrangements, guides, schedules, routes, or other trip components may be changed when reasonably necessary because of supplier changes, availability, operational requirements, safety considerations, weather, local conditions, or other circumstances affecting the planned itinerary.

Changes During a Trip

Circumstances encountered during travel may require changes to the order, timing, routing, or availability of scheduled activities and services.

When reasonably possible, Best Single Travel or the applicable travel provider may arrange an alternative service or adjust the itinerary based on the circumstances and available options.

Transportation & Supplier Schedules

Flight schedules, cruise itineraries, ground transportation, hotel availability, attraction hours, and other supplier schedules are controlled by independent providers and may change without advance notice.

Published itineraries should be understood as planned travel arrangements rather than a guarantee that every activity, schedule, route, or supplier will remain unchanged.

06
THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Independent Travel Suppliers

Best Single Travel arranges travel experiences that may include services provided by independent third parties. Depending on the trip, these providers may include:

  • Airlines and other air transportation providers.
  • Cruise lines.
  • Hotels, resorts, and other accommodations.
  • Ground transportation companies.
  • Tour operators and destination management companies.
  • Local guides and sightseeing providers.
  • Excursion, attraction, and activity operators.
  • Restaurants and other travel-related service providers.

Role of Best Single Travel

Where travel services are provided by independent suppliers, Best Single Travel acts in arranging or coordinating those services for travelers and does not itself operate every hotel, aircraft, cruise ship, vehicle, attraction, excursion, or other service included in a travel experience.

Supplier Operations

Independent suppliers are responsible for operating and delivering their respective services and may maintain their own terms, conditions, schedules, rules, policies, and operating procedures.

Travelers may therefore be required to comply with additional requirements established by a supplier in connection with transportation, accommodations, activities, or other travel services.

Supplier Changes

A supplier may modify schedules, services, facilities, routes, policies, or other aspects of its operations. Such changes may sometimes require corresponding adjustments to a travel itinerary or reservation.

Working With Travel Partners

Best Single Travel works with independent travel providers to coordinate the components of its group travel experiences. The specific suppliers involved will vary according to the destination, itinerary, and services included in each trip.

07
BEFORE & DURING YOUR TRIP

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the information provided for their selected trip and for taking reasonable steps to prepare for and participate in the travel experience.

Reviewing Your Trip Information

Before departure, travelers should carefully review their booking confirmation, itinerary, payment information, meeting instructions, transportation arrangements, accommodation details, and other information provided for the trip.

Travelers should promptly notify Best Single Travel if they identify an error or have a question concerning their reservation.

Arriving on Time

Travelers are responsible for arriving at designated airports, cruise terminals, hotels, meeting locations, transportation departure points, and scheduled activities at the times communicated for the trip.

A traveler who misses a scheduled departure, transfer, activity, or other travel service may be responsible for arranging and paying for any alternative transportation, accommodation, or other services needed to rejoin the group, subject to the circumstances and available options.

Personal Expenses

Travelers are responsible for personal expenses and services that are not specifically identified as included in the applicable trip price.

Depending on the trip, these may include optional activities, additional meals or beverages, personal transportation, baggage charges, communication expenses, shopping, room incidentals, gratuities, or other personal purchases unless specifically stated otherwise.

Following Local & Supplier Requirements

Travelers are responsible for following reasonable instructions provided by tour leaders, guides, transportation providers, accommodations, cruise lines, activity operators, government authorities, and other applicable travel providers.

Each traveler is responsible for reviewing what is included and excluded from their selected trip and for preparing appropriately for the destination, itinerary, activities, and travel conditions involved.

08
TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Accessibility & Special Needs

Travel experiences can vary significantly in physical demands, accessibility, transportation, terrain, accommodations, and available facilities. Travelers should carefully consider the requirements of an itinerary when determining whether a particular trip is appropriate for their individual needs.

Let Us Know in Advance

Travelers who require accessibility-related accommodations or other assistance should notify Best Single Travel as early as reasonably possible before departure so that available options can be reviewed with the applicable travel suppliers.

Providing advance notice does not guarantee that every requested accommodation will be available, particularly where services are controlled by independent suppliers or where destination infrastructure is limited.

Destination & Activity Conditions

Some itineraries may involve walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, boarding vehicles or vessels, changes in elevation, extended periods of travel, or activities with other physical demands. Accessibility standards and facilities may also differ between destinations and suppliers.

Travelers should review the itinerary and ask questions before booking if they are uncertain about the physical or accessibility requirements of a particular travel experience.

Independent Suppliers

Hotels, transportation companies, cruise lines, excursion operators, attractions, and other independent suppliers are responsible for the accessibility and operation of their respective facilities and services.

Best Single Travel may communicate reasonable requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee that a supplier or destination will be able to provide a particular accommodation or service.

Planning Ahead

If you have questions about accessibility or the physical requirements of an itinerary, please contact Best Single Travel before booking so that available trip information can be reviewed with you.

09
GROUP TRAVEL EXPERIENCE

Traveler Conduct

Best Single Travel group experiences bring together travelers with different backgrounds, personalities, and travel styles. Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow travelers, hosts, guides, suppliers, local communities, and others encountered during the trip.

Respectful Participation

Travelers should avoid conduct that unreasonably disrupts the group experience, interferes with scheduled travel services, threatens the safety or well-being of others, damages property, or violates applicable laws or supplier rules.

Safety & Instructions

Travelers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions and operational requirements communicated by Best Single Travel representatives, tour leaders, guides, transportation providers, hotels, cruise lines, activity operators, or other suppliers.

Disruptive or Unsafe Conduct

If a traveler's conduct materially disrupts the trip, creates a significant safety concern, violates applicable law, or substantially interferes with the rights or travel experience of others, Best Single Travel or an applicable travel supplier may take reasonable steps to address the situation.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include limiting participation in an activity or requiring a traveler to leave a particular service or group travel arrangement where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable terms and law.

Expenses Following Removal or Separation

If a traveler is required to separate from the group or from a particular travel service because of their conduct, additional transportation, accommodation, meals, or other arrangements may become the traveler's responsibility, subject to the applicable circumstances and terms.

The purpose of these conduct expectations is to help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable group travel environment for travelers, hosts, guides, suppliers, and local communities.

10
YOUR GROUP EXPERIENCE

Singles Hosts & Guides

Certain Best Single Travel experiences may include a Singles Host, tour leader, local guide, tour director, or other representative who assists with coordination and helps support the group travel experience.

Role of a Singles Host

Where provided, a Singles Host may help welcome travelers, communicate group information, assist with scheduled activities, encourage interaction among participants, and help coordinate aspects of the group experience.

The specific responsibilities of a host may vary depending on the destination, itinerary, group size, and travel arrangements.

Local Guides & Tour Representatives

Some destinations and activities may be supported by local guides, tour directors, cruise personnel, transportation representatives, or other professionals supplied by independent travel providers.

These individuals may be responsible for sightseeing, transportation coordination, destination information, activity instructions, or other services associated with their respective portion of the itinerary.

Hosts Are Not Personal Assistants

Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Singles Host or group representative is not a personal attendant and cannot provide continuous individual supervision, medical care, mobility assistance, or other specialized personal services.

Host or Guide Changes

Hosts, guides, tour directors, and other representatives may occasionally change because of availability, illness, scheduling, operational requirements, or other circumstances.

The presence of a Singles Host is intended to enhance the group experience. Travelers remain responsible for their own personal decisions, belongings, travel documents, punctuality, and participation during the trip.

11
TRAVEL CONDITIONS

Travel Risks & Liability

Travel involves circumstances and risks that cannot always be predicted or controlled. These may arise from transportation, weather, natural events, local conditions, activities, supplier operations, governmental actions, delays, disruptions, and other circumstances encountered before or during travel.

Independent Travel Services

Many components of Best Single Travel experiences are operated by independent suppliers, which may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, local guides, excursion providers, attractions, restaurants, and other travel-related businesses.

These independent suppliers control the operation and delivery of their respective services and may maintain their own terms, conditions, safety procedures, and limitations of liability.

Travel Disruptions

Travel may be affected by events such as flight delays or cancellations, transportation disruptions, severe weather, natural events, strikes, closures, changes in local conditions, government actions, supplier operational issues, or other circumstances that may affect an itinerary.

When circumstances require changes, Best Single Travel may work with applicable suppliers to assist with reasonable alternatives where available, but the availability and cost of alternatives may depend on the circumstances and the policies of the suppliers involved.

Activities & Personal Decisions

Some trips may include or offer activities involving physical exertion, outdoor environments, water activities, transportation, wildlife, elevation, uneven terrain, or other conditions that carry inherent risks.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing available activity information and making their own decisions regarding participation based on their individual circumstances and the conditions presented at the time.

Personal Property

Travelers are responsible for taking reasonable care of their luggage, money, identification, electronic devices, valuables, and other personal property while traveling.

Understanding Travel Risk

Travelers should carefully review their itinerary, destination information, supplier requirements, and available travel protection options before departure. No travel experience can be made entirely free from unexpected events or risk.

12
BEFORE YOU DEPART

Travel Documents & Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying the documents required for their trip and for satisfying applicable entry, exit, transportation, and destination requirements.

Passports & Identification

Depending on the itinerary, travelers may be required to carry a valid passport, government-issued identification, or other documentation accepted by the applicable transportation provider or destination.

Travelers should ensure that the name and other identifying information used for reservations are consistent with the documents they intend to use for travel where required.

Visas & Entry Requirements

International destinations may require visas, electronic travel authorizations, entry forms, permits, proof of onward travel, or other documentation. Requirements can vary based on destination, itinerary, nationality, passport, and other individual circumstances.

Travelers are responsible for determining and satisfying the requirements applicable to their individual circumstances sufficiently in advance of departure.

Changing Government Requirements

Passport, visa, entry, exit, customs, immigration, security, and other governmental requirements may change. Information provided by Best Single Travel should not be considered a substitute for current requirements issued by the appropriate governmental authorities.

Transportation Provider Requirements

Airlines, cruise lines, and other transportation providers may establish additional documentation, check-in, baggage, security, or boarding requirements. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with requirements applicable to their transportation.

Consequences of Missing Documentation

Missing, expired, incorrect, or insufficient travel documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, delays, additional expenses, or an inability to participate in some or all of a trip.

Any resulting costs or changes may be the traveler's responsibility, subject to applicable law, supplier terms, and the circumstances involved.

Because travel requirements can change, travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and transportation providers before departure.

13
TRAVEL PROTECTION

Travel Insurance

Unexpected events can occur before or during travel. Travelers are encouraged to consider whether travel insurance or other travel protection is appropriate for their individual trip and circumstances.

Potential Travel Protection

Depending on the policy purchased, travel insurance may provide coverage for certain events or expenses such as:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption.
  • Travel delays or missed connections.
  • Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage.
  • Certain medical expenses incurred while traveling.
  • Emergency evacuation or transportation.
  • Other covered events specified by the insurance policy.

Insurance Coverage Varies

Insurance benefits, exclusions, eligibility requirements, coverage limits, claim procedures, and covered reasons vary by policy and insurance provider.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms of any insurance or travel protection they purchase and determining whether the coverage is appropriate for their needs.

Independent Insurance Providers

Where travel insurance or travel protection is offered through an independent provider, the insurance company or applicable provider is responsible for the policy, coverage decisions, claims administration, and payment of eligible benefits.

Purchasing a Best Single Travel reservation does not itself guarantee insurance coverage for cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, lost property, or other travel-related losses.

Consider Travel Protection

Before departure, travelers may wish to evaluate appropriate travel protection based on the cost, destination, activities, cancellation terms, and other circumstances associated with their trip.
